Gesture Synth Chords
Gesture Synth is a hand gesture synth: your webcam turns your hands into a chord instrument. Every chord is two gestures at once — your left hand picks the scale degree and key flavor, your right hand picks the chord quality and octave.
Left hand: scale degrees

Left hand: major or minor
Tilting your left wrist flips between the major and minor world. Many songs live on the IV–iv flip — a major IV that drops to a minor iv, like the end ofCreep.
Right hand: chord quality

Right thumb & wrist: octave, volume, tone
- Thumb extended → down an octave.
- Wrist height → volume (0–100%).
- Wrist tilt → tone / filter sweep.
